In Cogan and looking for a potential house mate for either short or long term so will debate either.
You would be moving in with me and my indoor Cat.
I work from home Monday to Friday. The Property has 1 bathroom but it is massive with a bath and shower.
House is a 5 minute walk to Cogan train station with direct routes in Cardiff centre. Access to the M4 is good using the link road.

The house is unfurnished so any and all furniture is my own. Also have a fridge freezer however the joint tenant may want to purchase a fridge freezer for themselves if needed. House comes with dishwasher and washing machine. The room is also provided with a Sky super fast broadband.
Move in date would be from Feb / March 2023 onwards viewings will be able to take place.
