Double Room Available, Must Like Animals!

I am a 38 year old female professional looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person to move into spare double bedroom.  As the homeowner, I will be living there; however, I will be spending most of the weekends away (possibly even longer). I have two small dogs and a cat – all extremely friendly and adorable! The house includes one living room/ one bathroom and kitchen.  The garden is large with a decking area and is south facing so gets plenty of sunshine in the summer!
The house is situated only two minutes from the bus stop, which are all City centre bound and leave every few mins, and from several fast food places and a corner shop.  The street is not too noisy, and the neighbours on either side are lovely! There are also some beautiful fields, only a 5-minute walk up the road ☺
I am easy to live with and am very considerate and respectful when living with others.  I am very sociable and so would not have a problem if you brought friends/a partner over. I am looking for either a short term or long-term tenant.
The rent is £400per month and includes all bills. A bond of £200 will be required.
