The house has a double driveway to the front and large garden to the rear with side access and a large kitchen with big rear conservatory. The house is fully furnished, however the bedroom comes unfurnished. Would be living with 1 female occupant. My current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend, hence the reason I am looking for a new housemate.
