Great location - all bills included

I live a short walk from the Cardiff Met Llandaff campus and I let my small spare bedroom on a flexible short or longer term basis.

I've successfully hosted two female Erasmus students from Germany and Ireland and I'm looking for someone for the summer term or longer if required.

Newly renovated single room with IKEA and Next furniture. It's a small room but great location in the heart of the conservation area in Llandaff village. Short walk to Llandaff Metropolitan campus and an easy bus ride or 35 min walk to the city centre. Shops, post office, coffee shops and good pubs a short walk from my home.

All bills included: council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, Netflix, cleaning products, toilet roll etc. The property is council tax band F.

I am in my 40s and my daughter is 14 so we'd like a female lodger only. We had au pairs which my kids were little and my daughter likes the idea of a similar aged lodger age 18-30 but older is fine too. We just want to find a chilled, happy, friendly girl or woman who fits in and gets on well with us.

We also have two friendly pet cats.
