Our double room becomes available on 24th September 2019.

It books up quickly (we also do Airbnb) so viewing recommended, especially if you want somewhere for over the winter.

We've got a comfortable and spacious, double front bedroom to let in our house. We're not there much during the daytime or evening, as both work until after 9pm. We have two lovely friendly dogs, one of who is at home during the day and is elderly and very quiet. Our household is quiet and peaceful.

Room is available for one professional person (no couples sorry).

Spacious. King Size Bed with Memory Foam over-mattress. Triple Wardrobe with drawers, hangers. Laptop table. Full length leaner mirror. Sofa bed. Rug. Main and reading light above the bed. All essentials provided.

TV wall-mounted with Amazon Prime & Freeview. Its clean and comfortable. Bedding provided weekly. Towels provided.

Single Room:
Newly decorated. Has a single bed with Memory Foam over-mattress. TV with Chromecast. Triple Mirror Wardrobe, Carpeted. Overhead storage and is a small but cosy and usable bedroom. Bedding provided weekly. Towels provided.

Kitchen & Bathroom
You will be sharing our kitchen and bathroom, both of which we keep clean. We have a dishwasher, all modern kitchen equipment provided (plates, cutlery, microwave, large oven, air fryer, food processor etc), and the bathroom includes a walk-in 2 head shower and an XL bath.

Chillout Time
We've got a spare living room with comfortable sofas, that you are welcome to use. Amazon Prime Movies and broadband.

Gym
We own a gym 5-min drive from the house, so you can use that at no extra cost. All classes, mainly combat sports, strength and conditioning and Olympic lifting, are included with expert coaching.

Includes all bills, providing they are of reasonable use.

Includes reasonable laundry. We have iron, board etc in the rooms

We have a large garden you're welcome to use when we get good weather. Tables, chairs, loungers and parasol.

HOUSE RULES: Must like dogs. No friends staying over unless by prior arrangement. We'll talk you through how to use washing machine etc. Quiet hours after 11pm at night for the consideration of all housemates. We need the kitchen after 9.30pm weekdays. We're easy going and relaxed.
