a large ,double, bright, fully furnished room occupying the whole of the top floor and 2 newly decorated furnished single rooms in a beautiful characterful Victorian house with many original period features opposite a lovely park and with stunning views over Cardiff Bay.
Lodgers will have their own private shared bathroom and use of all shared areas; kitchen, garden and patio and have broadband facility. You can also use the laundry
room and washing machine.
All bills are included and the ambience is peaceful and welcoming.
Our house is friendly, clean and homely .
I am a live-in landlady and am a multi-lingual (English, French, Spanish, Catalan, German) University Adult Education tutor .I live with my daughter, 25, student . We are a supportive, polite household and enjoy socialising, cooking, music (I play guitar, piano, banjo and bazouki), dancing, swimming, walks by the sea. We are looking for professional, reliable, quietish mature lodgers who are polite, friendly and amenable. Our house is in a quiet location, near Cardiff , 2 minutes from a train station, a few minutes walk from the centre of Penarth, close to the local leisure centre and is located on one side of a pleasant green and has a splendid view over Cardiff Bay. We live in the sea-side town of Penarth on the outskirts of Cardiff with excellent rail and bus links. Penarth is a lovely town with shops, leisure centre, beach, pier, pavillion and promenade, coastal cliff walks, and beautiful public parks. Please feel free to get in touch if we fit the bill.

We can only take lodgers with a recent negative NHS Covid test result prior to moving in. These are available as a drive in service through DirectGov Wales.
