Spacious and fully furnished double room in lovely character Victorian end terrace just outside Cardiff in the lovely Vale of Glamorgan. House has all the usual facilities including gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and has been modernised and decorated throughout - it's a lovely place to be. Outside spacious patio, lawn, barbecue area, washing line and vegetable garden. Sizeable and well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room. You'll share the main bathroom but there is an additional toilet as well.

You are welcome to share some fresh eggs and veggies, available from the garden in season.

Location means ideally you need a car but plenty of free off road parking immediately adjacent on our private land. 15 mins to Llandaff, Radyr or Culverhouse Cross. 4.5 miles to M4 Llantrisant junction. Prime cycling and walking country as well.

Village has 2 pubs and a post office but if you are looking for shops and night life on the doorstep, this won't be for you! However, all the city delights are not far away.

Would suit professional person who likes a tidy, smart, classy, characterful and homely place to live in respectful environment.

There's unlimited super fast broadband and the rent includes all bills - apart from the phone and winter logs.

Would also welcome Mon-Fri lets.

Couples welcome on a shorter term basis and the room would be £650pcm.

It's a no smoking house but if you want to smoke in the garden, that's ok.
