The property comes with a garage. It is also 5 mins away from a bus stop, local shops, takeaways and has a lovely area around the back for a lovely walk. The landlord has provided the white good and the furniture and other electrical are mine but if you want to bring your own we have a garage for storage and I can put them way I am very flexible with all of this the only thing I don’t own is a coffee maker I don’t do adult drinks sorry haha
One thing I have just found out is that anyone signing a tenancy agreement after sept 2019 will not need to pay the fee so you will only need a reference and to pay deposit before moving in
