Spacious, bright 2 bed flat offering a beautiful, fully furnished double room. Wifi and wall mounted TV with dressing table/desk, black out blinds fitted for an undisturbed sleep.
The flat is situated in a very quiet residential area with ample street parking. There are sea views from both the kitchen and lounge with direct access to the beach less than 2 mins walk from the front door.
The owner/ live in landlord is a semi retired professional lady with a wicked sense of humour who enjoys discussions and chats on most subjects. This room would suit a busy professional who is looking for somewhere to unwind, and is happy in their own company or happy to share a cup of tea and an episode of Fleabag!
The room is available Mon to Fri meaning arrive Monday evening after work and leave Friday morning - however the owner would consider an occasional weekend by negotiation at an extra cost.
The room is cleaned weekly with fresh bedding and towels provided.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a large fridge-freezer, with dining table and chairs to seat 4.
Cupboard and fridge space allocated for food storage if needed.

This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
The spacious bathroom is shared with the owner, has a walk in shower, with toilet, basin with an ample bathroom storage unit.
No visitors or overnight guests are permitted.
The owner is a vegetarian who would appreciate tenants neither cooking or consuming meat and fish in her home.
Ideally looking for a tenant who is clean, tidy, easy going and trust worthy.
