We are live in owners who have a double bedroom to rent in a 3 bed detached house.

The rent includes the use of your own private lounge, which comes complete with your own TV, Sky TV package and broadband.

You will have your own private bathroom (bath and a shower) situated next to your bedroom.

The kitchen has recently been renovated to an extremely high standard and is shared with the owners.

You will have ample parking space with access to your own driveway.

The house is situated in the lovely rural village of Ystradowen, which is 3 miles from the market town of Cowbridge.
It is 3 miles from Pontyclun which has its own railway station (trains regularly run to Cardiff and Bridgend). There is a village pub and garage within walking distance.

There is easy access to the M4 corridor which is 11 miles away.

We have a beautiful cockapoo who is very friendly. and sometimes noisy.

We are looking for Monday - Friday lets. However, we are willing to consider full weekly lets on a short-term week by week basis depending on availability.
