I am a live in landlord, however I do work away with work so you will have the house to yourself sometimes for months. When I do come it's generally for 1 night.
You have access to your room and all sociable areas. I. e kitchen, lounge, dining room, garden, garden shed.
There is parking for 2 cars. A shed for bikes etc. I ask that you help with cleaning and cutting the grass as I am not there, in return all bills except broadband are included. If you are wanting to stay 7 days a week then an additional £50 will be added to the rent . If the Bill's increase dramatically due to you living there then a discussion will be had around a contribution for them.
The village is close to main road links and previous lodgers have been working in Immingham. My current lodger is retiring after being with me for 6 years and my previous was with me for 5. Hopefully this shows that I am a good landlady and respect your space as I hope you mine.
