Lodger required for very comfortable modern house in Brigg. Female preferred, but not essential, as I already have one female lodger.

All amenities included. Washer/Drier/Broadband etc. I work abroad and so am away for long periods of time especially in winter. This means you would be on your own for a lot of the time. My son lives in Brigg and so is available for any problems etc.
House has to be clean and tidy at all times. You will have exclusive use of one room and access and use of all common areas. Car parking is off road.
