Rooms 2 & 4 are currently available. All rooms are fully furnished, including bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bedding and accessories and decorated in modern colours.

There is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully-fitted, with new appliances and laundry facilities.
A sofa, quirky artwork, large screen tv and breakfast make the lounge area a relaxed place to hang out and eat together.

The garden is paved and is a great place to BBQ in the warmer weather.

The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated. All utilities and high-speed wifi are included in the rent price. For your convenience we also provide someone to clean the shared rooms on a regular basis. Cleaning your own room is up to you!

The security deposit is the equivalent of 5 weeks rent reduced to £200 if you have a home or working guarantor.

Applicants will need to pay a Holding Deposit, equivalent to 1 week's rent.
