Local shops, takeaways and pubs are a 2 minute walk away, with a 5 minutes drive away for larger supermarkets. Grimsby town centre and Cleethorpes well known sea front, is just a 5/10 minute drive also!
The modern property has been finished to high standard, providing a comfy double bed with memory foam mattress, flat screen TV adjustable for further comfort to have the option to watch in bed., computer desk and chair, clothes hanging facilities, ensuite large walk in shower, toilet, sink with high quality lighting. This comes with a basic kitchen area, including a small fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, cups etc. (Please note - There are no proper cooking facilities/kitchen sink with this accommodation)
This accommodation is kept to a high standard, with freshly washed towels and bedding provided during your stay.
Wifi and Netflix, prime tv ect provided, with all bills included in rental price
