Room 1 is currently available. It is a good-sized room with the added benefit of a desk and chair making it ideal for anyone that needs to study or work from home.

The kitchen is fully-fitted, with new appliances and laundry facilities and an additional fridge freezer are located in a small utility area.

The garden is a great place to hang out with other housemates in the warmer weather.

The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated. All utilities and high-speed wifi are included in the rent price. For your convenience we also provide someone to clean the shared rooms on a regular basis. Cleaning your own room is up to you!

The security deposit is the equivalent of 5 weeks rent reduced to £200 if you have a home or working guarantor.
