• Please note that the restaurant is not working at the moment, but there’s a spacious communal kitchen fitted with almost all the essentials and available for use.

I) Booking cancellation conditions:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date. Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month’s rent.

II) Termination Policy: 30 day's notice
The duration remaining 30 days after the termination date will be refunded.

III) Mandatory Inspections: Weekly
Inspections will be carried out with advance notice and are intended to ensure guests’ safety and address any maintenance concerns promptly.
