Telling me a little bit more info as in the type of person I’m taking into my home will help prevent any awkward situations, thus me asking you to leave.
Please note it does state i have pets. My dog is friendly thus If whenever you come home, you don't want to be fussed over and have her excited to see you in her home, this is certainly not the place for you ! We have 2 cats too, so if you don’t like cats again you’re better off somewhere else lol

We have a single room available. Would suit someone retired who really loves gardening/decorating in exchange for a low cost room. Also to help with pet sitting.

Looking for lodgers willing to treat my home with respect & able to clean bathroom and kitchen after use as well as keep own room tidy.
