Double room available in village

I am a single male offering a room to rent, having just returned from traveling in Australia I am keen to share my house out. I am vegetarian, I enjoy cooking fresh food and don't mind sharing my ideas or food. I enjoy watching films, TV and gaming in my spare time.
The room Is available as a Mon-Fri let but also full time.
The house is located in a village outside of Scunthorpe, by car is only 10 minutes away from M180 and 5 minutes away from Gallagher retail park with 24hr Tesco extra, B and Q, Mcdonalds etc. There are two shops 2 minutes walk away one which is a post office. The village itself is a quiet village and would suit a person who has a car. Though there are frequent buses and the Althorpe train station is just a 5-minute walk away.

The house is a large three bedroom house with a large garden. Some on street parking is available, and a patio area that is great for relaxing in the sun and having BBQ's.
Your room, being recently decorated, comprises of a double bed with all the sheets/duvets/pillows provided. There's a set of drawers, built in wardrobe and a small bookshelf.
The living room is decorated and furnished with a huge L shaped leather sofa great for watching films/sports on the 32" tv.

The Kitchen diner has lots of cupboard space and there are most kitchen appliances and equipment available, with a large fridge available.

The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet.

Washing machine available along with Fibre broadband with WiFi throughout.

Being ok with dogs would be advantageous as I sometimes I dog sit for my sister.
Two weeks upfront payment is requested on arrival along with a £30 key deposit.
Four weekly payments are requested which would be £320
