2 Large Double Rooms Available

Hi, thanks for looking.
Due to unforseen circumstances I will have 2 large furnished double rooms to let at my family home in Doncaster.
Close to the M18, my home is ideally situated for those who need to commute.
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac and overlooks a field.
It has all the amenities anyone would need. Including WiFi, tumble dryer, large capacity washing machine and dishwasher. There is also Sky TV and Netflix at the property for those who enjoy a good box set or a gripping thriller movie.
Downstairs is the hallway, kitchen, lounge and conservatory with access to the garden. There is also a car port which is used for storage and as a run for my dogs.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Currently all of the rooms are being used, but due to unforseen circumstances 2 of my lovely ladies have to move out due to personal circumstances. So I will have two rooms available just after Christmas.
The price includes all bills and WiFi, non smokers only please as I'm allergic to cigarette smoke.
