My name is Pete and I have a 2 bedroom flat available for ALL of July and August only. Located in the Old Town area of Barnsley - the leafy suburbs It has a large furnished lounge, well equipped kitchen and bathroom . There is a very large double bedroom with double bed, fitted cupboards and drawers, and a small bedroom / office with two bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower/bath. There is gas central heating. The kitchen has a high level oven grill, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and fridge.
The flat has super views over Barnsley and is literally 10 minutes easy walk to the town centre.
I teach in Barnsley and am not there in July and August at all.
Currently there is no TV licence because I don't watch it ( though there is a set in the garage) and no internet because I am on it all day at work and like a break. But I would not object at all if you wanted to get these.
I am happy to negotiate what you think is a fair rent.
