Exceptionally pretty double bedroom available in newly refurbished home currently occupied by myself, the owner, a 31 year old professional. I am happy and outgoing, a film geek who loves nature and wildlife.

The property is a semi-detached maisonette in the sought after area of Greenhill in the south of Sheffield, as close to the Peak District as Sheffield gets! Hathersage is 20 minutes away, Chatsworth House 30 minutes. There are excellent bus services into Sheffield centre, there is a bus stop just around the corner from the property. For car owners, there is free on-street parking.

This is a 3 bed property, the smallest room acts as a dressing room and wardrobe which the lodger shall have full access to. There is one bathroom with an entirely new suite with an electric shower above the bath and a large storage cupboard. There is a good size kitchen with a combination gas / electric range cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. The lounge/diner has a small dining table, large sofa and large HD TV. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer is you require a mid-week wash. There is a secure garden attached to the property mainly comprising lawn and some pot plants and seating available.

I am looking for a cheerful, mature and courteous lodger who will treat my home with care and is looking for a more relaxed way of life. I have left the student life far behind now and prefer to catch up on the latest movies with a beer on the sofa, it would be nice if you share that outlook too!
