The double room :Relaxing bedroom with very comfy double bed with under-storage, two double closets, desk, chair lamps etc located in a quiet safe area of Sheffield for £300.00 per month or and additional £50.00 for a couple.
The single room is £200.00 per month and has a lovely view over the park with south/eastern sunshine, single bed with under-bed storage, desk, deep single closet, dresser. Single room is now Taken
The facilities shared spacious bright bathroom, kitchen and living-room, filled with plants, books, musical instruments and art, fully fenced private back garden for the BBQ/firepit season and there's plenty of parking in cul-de-sac directly behind the house, plus the council often have garages for rent.
Wi-fi and Utilities are included in rent but for hygiene reasons personal towels and linen/pillows are renters responsibility. This is a genuinely nice place to come home to at the end of a day to relax in, have friends over to visit and if one is a a Uni Student that much needed space to study and crack on seriously with dissertations! Although it's a relaxed home the landlord does specify no smoking/drug free home. So, come check it out, meet the housemate and the feline mice patrol, have a cuppa and see if we gel!
