Hi
I have one lovely double room, available in a 3 bed terrace in Meersbrook. It’s a short walk to Meersbrook park, cafes, Liddle, Lembas, and B and Q.
The double bedroom has a beautiful view overlooking the garden and the city beyond. It is an attractive room with a small walk in wardrobe, and a sofa (as well as the double bed, wardrobe, and shelves).
In the house there is a cosy living room, a dining room, and an off shot kitchen. There is also a small back garden.
I lived there for many happy years, the neighbours are lovely, the area is lovely. I should mention there is no garage or drive, parking is on street. We did always find that we were able to park not too far away, though the street is fairly steep.
The current tenants are Kai and Bean. Kai is friendly, vegetarian, and a climber. Bean is an eco friendly hairdresser.
The kitchen is fairly small, but there is a large fridge freezer and enough space to store everything needed.
The current video shows the single room, it is the double that is currently available, which is shown in the photos.
Feel free to send me a message if your interested,
Clare
