Single Bedroom In Lovely House

I have one lovely single, available in a 3 bed terrace in Meersbrook. It’s a short walk to Meersbrook park, cafes, Liddle, Lembas, and B and Q.

The single bedroom overlooks the garden and has a large practical desk.

There is a cosy living room, a dining room, and an off shot kitchen. There is also a small back garden.
I lived there for many happy years, the neighbours are lovely, the area is lovely. I should mention there is no garage or drive, parking is on street. We did always find that we were able to park not too far away, though the street is fairly steep.

The current tenants are Endre, Damien, and Yoana. Endre is quiet and considerate, yet friendly and easy going. Damien and Yoana are new and also seem to be lovely people.

The kitchen is fairly small, but there is a large fridge freezer and enough space to store everything needed.
