About the room/house:
I have a lovely light room to let, in a two bedroomed semi-detached house. There's a sunny patio and garden which is a work in progress. It's right on the edge of Heeley/Meersbrook, with a nice park on the doorstep and a short stroll from Heeley City Farm, The Brothers' Arms, Lidl, Create Coffee, Tramshed etc.
About me:
I work full time alongside studying for exams as I'm training to be an accountant. I'm a musician in my spare time - I sing, play, write and gig when I can. I'm often out dancing, getting out into nature for a wild swim or a walk, gardening, cooking and eating good food.
Other details:
The room has an oak king sized bed and some clothes storage. The house is council tax band A.
I'm pescetarian and would love to find a lodger who doesn't mind not cooking meat in the house.
The space would be better suited for someone who primarily works outside the home.
Open to discussing a Mon-Fri only let.
