OTHER TENANTS - are all friendly, sensible, clean and tidy young professionals in their 20’s - 2 guys and 3 girls I am also more than happy to have mature students/PhD's as well as professional tenants. Age range 21 - 30

GENERAL - I try hard to match up the right people to ensure a happy household. Non smokers only ( no smoking in the house), no tenants on benefits, no pets (occasional fish or hamster allowed!). The neighbouring house is very similar to this one and there is a nice friendship between the two households particularly in the summer months when they enjoy the shared back yard for BBq's etc. Cleaners clean the common parts of the house each month.
