Looking for a friendly human to rent a double bedroom in a 2 bed shared house in Nether Edge.
Current house mate is all loved up and moving to Leeds with her fella.
Flat is small but lovely, well decorated, clean and tidy. The bedroom itself is quite small but has lots of potential, double bed and storage provided. There are two more flats above, with lovely friendly people living in them.
Electricity bills are included in rent, only gas, water and wifi to pay, which averages around £30 each, per month, all together.
Looking for a young professional or student, easy going and sociable, male/female. I am a newly qualified nurse working at the Hallamshire, been in Sheffield for 5 years.
I will be letting the room out to you for 4 months and then you can decide to extend or end the contract after that.
