Living Room

Room available on a tree lined street in Nether Edge opposite Picture House Social, sharing with myself, Hannah 31 year old occupational therapist working in adult autism/learning disabilities, Jake 11 year old bengal/tabby! He's always up for a cuddle and Becky dog 5 year old pointer/whippet who loves walks and strokes. Apologies however cannot consider any potential enquiries for people who also have pets as the house would not be big enough for another dog nor would my cat tolerate another cat in the house.

Beautiful south facing garden, always a few degrees warmer and a sun trap in the summer! Outside seating, compost bin and BBQ. Walled garden with Virginia creeper! Very spacious high ceiling property, with lounge dining area and shared kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is big with a shower over a bath.

The room is a double room, with cupboard storage on landing however the room is unfurnished. The whole house is furnished with my stuff and homely however I am open to housemates adding their own flare and soft furnishings! Room is unfurnished apart from shelving.

I'd like to live with someone who is like minded, social and up for cooking and shared meals and sharing a bottle of vino of an eve! I am a massive foodie, enjoy cooking, love my work, outdoorsyness in the peak, wild swimming, climbing, Pilates and yoga. Also love the live music scene in Sheffield and a big fan of film.

I am hoping to buy my own home next year so ideally looking for a short term let so 6 months max for tenancy agreement. Option for long term lets as well if staying on in the house after I leave appeals!
