House is situated within easy walking distance of Rotherham Hospital, TATA Steel as well as bus stop to all links. There is plenty of (free) parking.
House is located within easy access of all major routes e. g. M1, M18 etc,
The house is fully furnished throughout with all the usual mod cons you'd expect; which all work!
There is also a large back garden, as well as a shared fully fitted kitchen/diner, all in working order!
Utility room has a washer and drier as well as more storage space.

1x Single room: £300 per month
Fully furnished wooden floors; single bed with orthopaedic mattress, built in single storage/wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookcase.

I'm looking for a tidy mature tenant, no partying or playing loud music (sorry but the other tenant works full time with various 24hour shifts, so we all respect each other's work life). Tenant must also be capable of tidying up after themselves (that includes keeping their own space in a respectable manner!).
