Hi, I’m Rebecca. I own the house but I am currently living abroad for the next year or two. The house has three bedrooms which are rented however one of my tenants is moving to London in February/March.
The bedroom is on the second floor and has a nice bathroom which is shared with Ollie who has the other second floor bedroom. The bedroom is a good size and has view of the garden. It has a comfortable king size bed and large wardrobe.
George is the other tenant and he has the third floor room and ensuite bathroom. Both boys are tidy, respectful and easy going. There is also a cleaner who comes fortnightly which is included in the £470.
There is also a WC downstairs. The property has garden and a bike shed. There is street parking which doesn't require a permit but can get busy. There is one parking space in a private car park by the side of the property which will be available to rent from March.
The kitchen and living room downstairs are fully furnished. I have BT WiFi which is super fast. Netflix, amazon prime and BT tv included.
The house is in a really great location. Close to amenities, universities, hospitals and parks.
