Large fully furnished double room to rent in S2. I'm situated on Manor Lane, conveniently placed for commuting in or out of the city. A 7 minute walk to City Road will put you at bus stops with high frequency public transport to town every 5 minutes. Town is a 20 minute walk if you prefer either through woodland or across Sky Edge offering amazing views across our lovely city.

I live here with my partner, we're both health professionals and we're visited twice a week by my polite 12 year old lad. Oh, and Elsa, my pet hamster 🐭

Ideally we're looking for an outgoing person (or persons, couples considered at £525/month) who are kind, considerate, clean and tidy but most of all good fun!
