All inclusive including bills - gas and electric and water(excluding council tax but this is exempt if you are a student).

House is decorated to a high spec and has one bathroom, one living room with sky TV, and a separate kitchen which has washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, gas cooker etc.
Each bedroom will have a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and bed side unit. Each bedroom is laminated flooring and has been recently decorated. The house has double glazing and central heating throughout. You will also have a TV with free sky TV and also free 100mb internet. The only charge is the rent.
Contracts will be upto June 2020 with an option to extend.
