Hi. I’m currently in the process of getting a flat and just to finalise the contract. I am looking for someone to live with me, temporary or long stay so we can share the rent and bills. I don’t have a price in mind yet because I’ve no had a chance to see how much the bills would be but not more than 300 a month(for rent+bills). The flat is lovely and big, has communal gardens and two parks near by and the hospital as well. I think its only 10 mins to city centre or universities. I also have two small dogs a bichon and a yorkie they are adorable so I would like someone who likes dogs of possible. I like to keep the place tidy all the time despite the fact that I have the dogs. I also go to university and work part-time. I’m a really easy going person. Although I like to focus on my studies at the moment, I also enjoy a glass of wine or a good talk sometimes, a good laugh, watching movies, meet people. Please get in touch if you would like to know more.
