I am on the lookout for a friendly housemate to replace myself and take on my contract until the end of June 2019 in a great houseshare just next to Heeley City farm as i am moving out into my own house :).
Room is available from the 1st of April 2019.

The tenancy can easily be extended for as long as you like (12 months preferably) and we have a great live out trustworthy landlord Tom who looks after everything with no problems.

The Room is a big bright double room on the 2nd floor and comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Shared living space/kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good shower and bath plus a fun outdoor living space for those summer BBQs.

Just 2 minutes down the road you have 'The sheaf' and 'The Brothers Arms' (easily 2 of the best pubs in Sheffield), the house is located only 10-15 mins walk from the city centre and there is always plenty of free parking next to the house. Living with 3 guys who are all friendy and welcoming.

Rent is only £295 (inc all bills) and there is fast broadband internet .
