The apartment is perfect for anyone needing access to the city centre!

You would have a large double room, en-suite with a shower and wardrobe space. There is a bath in the apartment too which you would have access too.
The room has a bed but other furnishings would be bought according to your own preferences.

There is a huge court yard area which we have easy access too due to
being on the first floor. In addition we have a balcony leading out from the kitchen area. The kitchen/lounge area is in a semi- open plan style.

The current tenancy contract runs out 15th of July 2019, BUT, the room is available now. I have had some interest in the room so any question at all please don't hesitate to text, call or email me.

Rent = £365 per month and bills on top.
Typically costed (individually):
£25 electric
£15 water
£8.50 WiFi per month
Can slightly vary between summer and winter but not by too much.
