I will only be carefully filling the house with people that are likely to get on well - so sociable people only, and anyone in the house can choose who they want to live with.
To share with Laura (29) works in education and likes walking. Questly sociable and seems lovely.
The other room has gone to a 33yo female teacher/writer and outdoors enthusiast. She's into hiking/climbing/yoga-ing or reading. Sociable, but likes a bit of quiet too - it won't be a party house.

The house is a typical Sheffield terrace with a decent sized kitchen and also a front room/living area. Nothing too fancy, but kept tidy, and everything well maintained and in good working order.

There is cellar storage, and a back yard with a lockable bike shed. Parking is always easy.
The road is quiet with no through traffic, with a beer shop seconds away, and Tesco/Sainsburys/PureGym a few minutes walk away. It is 2mins from the Climbing Works!
