All bills included in the rent - that's water, electricity, internet and use of communal washing machines and tumble dryers at no extra cost. Council tax not included. This furnished room is much bigger than many studio apartments with plenty of space to cook, eat, sleep, study/work and relax. There is a large wardrobe with lots of room for storage. The flat is in great condition and nice and warm on cold days. It has a spacious bathroom and the shower is very powerful and always hot.

There is a tram stop just outside and the train and bus stations are about 10-15mins walk away. The flat is conveniently located for the universities and the M1 is also easily accessed from here. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants just around the corner, including supermarkets within 2 minutes walking distance.

On days when you can't face the stairs, there is a lift you can use. The building maintenance team are really good - there is an online system for reporting any issues and they are dealt with very quickly. And you don't even have to put the bins out - just leave it in a storage room just down the corridor.
