Large Double Room in Friendly Home (London Road)

Double room available minutes from the ever-popular London Road. House is walking distance from both Sheffield Hallam, and Sheffield Uni as well as a 15 min walk to the city centre and main station. Bedroom includes double bed, wardrobe and shelving. There is an option of having a desk if required.

I'm looking for a considerate and friendly housemate, ideally a masters students or professional, who wants a home rather than just a place to stay & eat.

I am a live in landlord, studying for a msc in nursing at SHU. I have a wide range of interests including cooking, film, yoga, running, swimming and walking etc. More of a pub-goer than a clubber. I'm trying to reduce my impact on the world so future housemates with similar sensibilities are welcome.

House includes kitchen (pots/pans/crockery, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and etc), bathroom (with shower and separate bath) and living room as well as a small spare bedroom for guests.

Bills are not included in rent, and come to around £80/month. Council tax will have to be paid for separately as I am student.

At some point I am considering having a dog / cat, so future housemate is ideally pet friendly, but not a requirement.
