Hello - I am looking for a new housemate :)

Currently living with one other housemate, but she is moving out in mid-August. In addition to her room, I have a second double room available and will rent it more or less immediately if the right person pops up. This is likely a relatively short term contract, 4-6month term.

The house is perfectly positioned on a quiet road between Endcliffe Park & The Botanical Gardens in Ecclesall. The available room is in the back of the property. It is a quiet road. The room is a warm, comfortable and furnished with a wardrobe, chested drawers, double bed and desk (chair not included). The bedroom is newly carpeted.

All spaces are shared in the home, to include,

- a lovely bathroom with an amazing bath and walk in shower.
- first floor landing
- open plan kitchen-diner with Fracino coffee machine, large fridge freezer, large gas hob, Belfast sink and oven.
- a living room with bay window, two sofas, tv and log burner.
- awesome outdoor patio with sofa (any green fingered people most welcomed! ;)

I restored the home myself and it is a really nice space to live in. It is a large mid-terrace over three floors, but equally for three people it is not huge, so an ideal housemate would be someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space - someone to compliment the existing vibe. My housemate is a PHD Student, I work full time, we are sociable and relaxed people, but we are not out late every night and we are looking for someone that has a similar work and social outlook. I climb, cycle and run in the Peaks and around Sheffield regularly, so people with a similar passion for outdoor spaces would be very welcome!

Unfortunately homeworkers not considered due to energy costs :-/

The room is available July 2023.

Excluded from rent:
-Parking Permit (Assuming a car parking spot is needed directly outside the house, a permit is £93.60 per annum provided by Sheffield City Council, there is some free parking on the road but it is not always available.)
