One room with single bed will be available. It is fully furnished, however, in case you need something that is not available, the landlord can provide it based on your requirements if you are approved for moving in.

The address is located 2 minutes of walk away from Hillsborough interchange. It's well amidst the Hillsborough shopping area (Morrison's, B&M, Wilkos etc). Takes 15 mins by bus to both the universities and city centre and connected to both the tramlines (yellow and blue line). _________Utilities & Bills_________
The bathroom (toilet and a tub) and the kitchen are shared. The following utilities are available:
Shared WiFi
Electric hob and oven
Microwave
Electric kettle
Central heating
Washing machine
Fridge/freezer
All bills are included (electricity and gas, water, Wi-Fi, counsel tax).
_________Current status_________
At the moment, we have 4 educated working people. We are looking for people around our age group and outgoing (preferably students, professionals). Female tenants will be a bonus as on one hand, they are usually cleaner, and on the other hand they add gender balance to the house ☺

Rent must be paid regularly and tenants must be able to afford it (preferably having a source of secured income). We have strict rules and rotas in the house for keeping it spotless and tidy and quiet. Adhering to the rules is not optional under any circumstance.

No smokers/Vapers. No alcohol indoor (preferably no alcohol at all). No drugs abusers. No pets. No couples. No relaxed attitude towards filth, mess and bad smell. No noisy or uncooperative people. If you do not like to be told/taught what to do in case you don't know something, then No.
No newbies, you must have lived in a shared accommodation for at least 2 years prior to moving in here. If you work for extended hours (more than 8hrs/day) and are very busy and come home shattered and exhausted then probably you cannot be bothered to cooperate so No. If you misinform us and eventually we find out that you do not really match the requirements listed in the ad, the contract will be terminated and you will be asked to leave within 3 weeks.
