Message me for a link to the vimeo of the exact apartment ( it's nicer than the one in the pictures). I really loved this studio in particular for the windows, as there's lots of light coming in. Comparing this studio to all the others I looked at, it's a really good price for what you get plus the location.
I only put down my deposit on this modern apartment less than a month ago, however a family member has become ill and I've decided to leave university and also have to leave the contract for this studio next year.
The studio is £155pw (bills inclusive), with a £250 deposit- a big plus for me was that there's FREE laundry on every floor- so around 4 people sharing a washer and dryer. The tenancy is for 55 weeks, starting 8th July and finishing 28th June. The tenancy is with Fit property- who have been lovely as far as I've been involved.
My contract is that I have to find a replacement, so if you're interested and want to take it on- let me know and I will get in touch with everyone necessary. I'm open to questions aswell, and will give as much info as I know.
