The room is on the first floor at the front of the house and consists of a solid wooden double bed, large built-in wardrobe with full length mirror, and flat screen TV.
Lots of storage space in the wardrobe and can discuss extra space too if required.
The house
The house is a mid-terrace home on a quiet cul-de-sac set back from the main road. On-street parking available. Living room / dining kitchen / bathroom / downstairs toilet / small garden area. The house is very well maintained and decorated to a good, modern standard. Monthly rent includes all bills including high speed (100mbps) broadband and WIFI.
Located in S20, the house is within a 5-10 minute walk from Halfway tram stop which makes this an ideal location for people commuting into the city centre for studies or work.
The household
I currently live alone but am away during some days in the week living with partner/family. Generally will be away from home at least 3 days a week. During times i am home my partner will be with me.
About Me/Us
We are both very friendly professionals. My partner works as a teacher and I work as an IT engineer. Like going out odd times during the week but happy to spend nights in watching movies, cooking, playing games.
Additional Information
I also have another single room available that is suitable for an office/work area. This currently has a desk in and the additional cost of this if interested can be included.
