A lovely double room to rent in a two bed house in a quiet area in Arbourthorne, with two minutes walk to the tram/bus stops and shops such as local Asda and Poundland. The house has great public transport links, with only 12 minutes tram journey to the train station and 15 minutes tram journey to the city centre. The house has a bathroom upstairs and additional toilet downstairs. There is an on-street parking.

The room has a single bed with storage underneath, there is also a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small desk and shelves on the wall. The rent is £380, the bills such as Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, internet are included in the rent. Deposit is £300.

You will be sharing the house with a friendly, professional female (40 years old) who would like a tidy, respectful lodger, ideally a professional, or student post grad who is friendly and easy to get on with. The house comes with a small yorkshire terrier, she is a very friendly little dog that doesn't have a bad bone in her body, and a chilled out cat who stays mostly downstairs or outside.

Please note the pictures of the room need updating, the room is a lot nicer now.

When you contact me pls tell me some info about yourself as I won't be able to show you my house and the room without knowing anything about you. I'm sure if it was your house you wouldn't want a complete stranger to move into your house either :) Just mention how old you are, do you work or do you study, what do you do for work, do you currently live in Sheffield, why are you looking to move, what are your interests, what do you like to do in your free time, etc.... You get the picture.
