Bright double room in friendly flat in Sharrow

I have a lovely spacious and bright double room in our three bedroom Sharrow flat available 28th of November. I've been living in this apartment for a year and only moving because I'm relocating to London.

The room is furnished and comes equipped with a double bed, (with new mattress), wardrobe, shelves, a bedside table and a large desk with another chest of drawers for storage. Apart from being very spacious, it honestly has the best view in Sheffield!

The flat is fully furnished, we have a shared open plan kitchen/living room with a big dining room table - where we normally socialise in the evenings.
The kitchen has all the appliances you need (microwave, toaster, kettle) plus washing machine and a dishwasher. There is one toilet with shower which you would share with only one of the housemates.

We are conveniently located across the street from the Stag's Head pub and a short 7/10 min walk to Eclessall Road and the Botanical gardens and less than 5 minutes from Sharrow Vale Road. There is free off street parking but we also have a big open parking area at the front of the flat which we share with our downstairs neighbours.

The flat is managed by an agency and I cannot stress how great they are! Whenever we've needed something fixed they normally sort it within a day or two, even on weekends. Within the last year we've gotten a new fridge and freezer and washing machine.

You'll be sharing with two friendly professionals, Richard, and Harry. They are in their late/early twenties and ideally we're looking for someone around the same age who would like to make this their home, not just a house to live in. We normally hang out in the evenings after work, occasionally cook for one another and sometimes go out for a drink, but we are equally independent and respect our privacy.

The boring bit: the contract is under our names and it is renewed every 6 months. Rent is £346 + bills, which come around £100 per month each, a bit more during winter or when the TV license is due.
