I am looking for a replacement tenant for my really lovely double room in a very tasteful house that I share with 5 other University of Sheffield and Hallam second year undergraduates. There is a good size living room with TV, a separate dining room, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and private courtyard. It includes car parking at the rear with a communal large front lawn. It is situated in a quieter part of Crookesmoor yet is still only 10 mins walk to Uni. My room is a really decent size, has a comfortable double bed and good quality furniture. You’d be sharing with friendly and easy-going people. I am looking for someone to take on my tenancy from now until 30th June 2022
