Room to rent - Crookesmoor Road

I am looking for someone to fill my room from March-July approx. 2022. My house is a great space with large garden, great panoramic views of Sheffield and a large communal living space. My housemates are easy-going, friendly students (mostly) and study subjects including Geography, environmental studies and sociology. My housemate Isabel is a climber and enjoys being outdoors, The male members of the house are currently in their third year so are studying more. We all love a drink and having fun with our mates and have very good working - and living relationships.

The room is on the upper floor and has a double bed, desk, built in wardrobes and a bed side table. The bathroom is immediately outside to the right and is only shared with one other room on the top floor so it's almost en-suite. There is usually parking available in the road, if not Redcar Road is close and usually vacant.

If you would like to view the space I can definitely arrange this and I'd appreciate if you met my housemates before the move in. I'd also ask if you could leave a little before the tenancy ends in July to give me time to move my stuff to my next property.
