I am looking for a replacement for my room for next semester. I live in a 7 bedroom house in Broomhall (a 10-minute walk to the diamond). The rent is 88 p/week or 377 p/month. The house includes two bathrooms(I and another person share one) a large back garden and a large basement as well. My room is the biggest (about 20m^2) and it's on the bottom floor. The housemates are all guys but they are all really nice. I have extreme standards of cleanliness and the house is pretty clean most times, however, I need a place closer to where I climb because I waste a lot of time just walking.
