Housemate wanted for Hunters Bar S11 house

Hi!
We are looking for a young professional/masters/PhD to join our homely house in Hunters Bar. We are looking for someone that enjoys being part of a social house but equally might have their own social life outside of that (and everyone needs their solo down time!)

Myself and the other two housemates work/study in Sheffield; we get on well and enjoy getting together for meals/drinks in or out the house, pub quizzes, Peaks walks and live music - all the good stuff Sheff has to offer!
As a house we have individual interests including live music, running, cycling, cooking, dogs, climbing, but are often chatting about good food places we've found, or sharing music/TV shows/films with each other.

The room available is on the second floor, overlooking the garden at the rear of the house. It's fully furnished with a double bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, desk and chair.

There is (non-permit) on street parking with a garage under the house for storage. Two of us have cars and don't struggle to park (sometimes might just have to go a very short distance from the house).
The steep garden at the back has a patio where the neighbourhood cats are often wandering through.

The location is great with the pubs, restaurants and local shops of Eccy Road and Sharrow Vale Road nearby, and Endcliffe park just around the corner. The city centre is about 30 mins walk and the Peaks are just a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction.

The rent includes council tax but not internet, water or energy which we pay separately (approx. £70pm). The room is available to move in between 1 November to 1 December, and you're welcome to come and view the house and ask any questions. If you're interested please get in touch ASAP.
