The flat is £484 a month, all bills included. If you are a young professional you will just have to pay council tax on top of the rent pcm.
The flat comes with lots of cupboard space, a big bathroom/shower, air conditioner, sofa, desk and chair and mattress protector. Loads of wardrobe space and cupboard space as well. The common area has a gym, cinema room, kitchen and loads of space to hang out with friends or family. Reception is open 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Laundry room on each floor, £3.50 to use the washing machine and free to use the dryer.
