Laid back, kind & considerate landlady looking for housemate, due to my lodger of 2yrs moving on. The larger than average single room will be available from 04/04/14 (bed linen can be provided if required). The room is furnished with a single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside drawers. There is also a TV point. The living room, bathroom & kitchen areas are shared, the house has wireless broadband & there is a cellar if storage is required.
Very close to the M1 & Sheffield ring road, Meadowhall shopping centre & interchange 5 minutes by car. At the rear of the house is a nice flag stoned area, fully enclosed with potted plants & bird feeders.
