Looking for a lodger to share my lovely rental house in Walkley.
Bills and council tax shared on a 50/50 basis. Currently these work out at £170 per person/month.
You’d be sharing the house with me and my cat (so hopefully you like animals). I work full time as a veterinary nurse. I do enjoy being social, however, after long days at work, I also value time on my own to recharge. I’m looking to share my home with another working professional or mature student. Ideally I’d like someone who is clean, respectful, and easy going.
The room for rent is downstairs. It has a spacious bedroom/lounge area, with recently renovated en-suite. The bedroom is fully furnished and has large double glazed french doors leading to the front of the property.
